phpbb logo: how to replace it with mine

I am using phpbb and love it! I need to know how to modify the existing phpbb logo to reflect my business logo? I have downloaded the file and can't seem to fine the code for that piece. Help!

A trick that can be helpful

A trick that can be helpful if you want to change something else: Right-click on the graphic you want to change and select "Properties" from the menu. It will tell you the name (and path) of the image being displayed. You can see it with the StatCounter logo above or something like the "Reply" button.
